Entrusted – Luke 12:48

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Luke 12:48
But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

We can’t live everyday thinking everything is about us. We can’t live our life thinking we are entitled to this or that. Aren’t we to focus our lives on living for Him? Knowing that we belong to Him, what should our attitude be?

He has given us much, therefore much will be required of us. Don’t let this world trick you into thinking you “deserve” something. Let’s let the Father decide that on His timing. Until then, let’s focus our lives what the Father is asking of us, even demanding of us. Again, our verse…

Luke 12:48
But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, Shalom.
