What Have You Done? – Psalm 62:11

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Psalm 62:11
One thing God has spoken, two things have I heard: that you, O God, are strong, 12 and that you, O Lord, are loving. Surely you will reward each person according to what he has done.

We’ve all heard ministers preach on how YHWH is loving and cares for His people. And we’ve all heard the stories expounded on where He has stepped in and showed His mighty hand throughout the scriptures. But how often have we heard ministers discuss how YHWH will reward people according to what they have done?

Man will be rewarded according to what they have done. Be it for good or for bad. If you have done good, then your reward will be given accordingly. If you have done bad, then your reward will be given accordingly. Many would say “I thought it was all based on faith.” And it is. The problem is that many forget that our faith is proven by our actions. That which we do. Ones faith is not what they believe. Ones faith is what they do.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
