God Bless You! – Numbers 6:22-26

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Numbers 6:22
YHWH said to Moses, 23 “Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless the Israelites. Say to them: 24 “YHWH bless you and keep you; 25 YHWH make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; 26 YHWH turn his face toward you and give you peace.”‘”

Now this is what was given to Aaron and his sons to say to the rest of the Israelites. This was an instruction for them to follow. But I have seen nothing that says we ourselves are not allowed to say that blessing on others. Since we all long to be blessed by YHWH, shouldn’t we long to bless His people just the same?

How can we live our lives together in looking for Yeshua to come and not long for us all to share in His blessings as we wait? One day Yeshua will re-establish the priesthood again and the priests will follow these instructions. Until then, may we do our best to care for one another. To bless and not curse one another.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
