The Grand Illusion – 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12
The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

A time is coming when the anti-messiah will be revealed for who he is. Yet, for many, sadly his illusion will deceive them. Exactly how that is even possible I really don’t know. Yet, we know that Yeshua himself said the very elect would be deceived if that were possible. That’s a powerful delusion to be under. If you have an extra moment, I would strongly encourage you to search our devotion titled “The Anti-Messiah”.

Are you ready for such a time? What are you doing to prepare for it?

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
