Hope in Him – Psalm 25:4-5

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Psalm 25:4
Show me your ways, O YHWH, teach me your paths; 5 guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

Is your hope in YHWH? Oh, I know we say it is. But is it really? How often do we look at life’s circumstances and challenges that we may be in and look to the natural first for our solutions? There’s no doubt that YHWH uses the natural, but we need to look to him first and let it come through His hand and His timing.

But I think there is our struggle. Timing. His timing never seems to align with ours. But we can’t forget that His timing is always perfect. He may miss a lot of opportunities to early. But He will never be late.

We need to keep our hope in Him at all times. Let Him teach us in those times. Let Him guide us in those times. Don’t race through the lessons. Let’s enjoy the walk as we hope in Him.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!

Here's something interesting to consider:
