Rock Solid – Matthew 7:24-25

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Matthew 7:24
Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

What are you building your life on? Of course, everyone who claims to be a believer says they are building their life on the word. But obviously a day is coming when we will see the many people who are not.

I ask you today to please examine your life closely. Ask yourself if you are truly following Yeshua’s words or mans’. No one wants to think that they could be in the wrong. But that’s only pride. When we are not willing to be honest with ourselves that we could actually be the ones who are in the wrong, we are only setting ourselves up in pride.

Walking in pride is never a wise choice. Pursue His words humbly today. Make yourself rock solid.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
