Through His Eyes – 1 Timothy 1:12-14

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

1 Timothy 1:12-14
I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me faithful, appointing me to his service. Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

Paul is truly a classic example of a life turned around. We’re talking a complete turn around. From persecuting and putting to death believers in Yeshua to becoming one of the very ones he was pursuing. Can you imagine what was going through the minds of those who knew Paul before he turned? It could almost be likened to Hitler wanting to become a Jew. It’s really not that far off of an analogy.

The point is, YHWH can soften the hardest of hearts. Those who we may believe are just out of reach, may be the ones YHWH uses next in a big way. Look at people through the eyes of YHWH. You might get a different view of things.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
