Uninterrupted Service – Proverbs 25:26

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Proverbs 25:26
Like a muddied spring or a polluted well is a righteous man who gives way to the wicked.

What an example. Think of it this way. Have you ever had muddy water come out of your sink faucet before? It’s not cool. We had it happen many tomes when we were living off grid. You have to wait till that muddy water flushes through before you can actually use your water again.

Yet, here we see a similar example given about a righteous man. When he gives in to the will or the ways of the wicked, he becomes like them. He is no longer clean before YHWH. None of us want to think of ourselves in this light. Yet, none of us are exempt from this temptation. None of us are exempt from giving in to the desires of those who are considered wicked in the eyes of YHWH.

Don’t allow yourself to be polluted by others. Keep yourself clean and pure before YHWH. Then He can continue to use you for His purposes with uninterrupted service.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, shalom!
