WWJD – Ephesians 5:12

Welcome to Scriptures for Life with TorahFamily.org. Taking time to focus on the Father’s way.

Ephesians 5:12
For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.

Here we see Paul saying it’s shameful to even mention what the disobedient do in secret. So how much more should we avoid that which the world does in the open?

What benefit are we really doing for the body of Messiah in discussing the sins the world to others? Seriously. Should we really be surprised at the world acting like the world? Should we really be surprised by people who are not following the Spirit of YHWH acting as if they are not following the Spirit of YHWH? How will the Body of Messiah be edified when we are talking about the sins of the world?

Whose cause are we promoting when such topics are brought up? Use your imagination here for a second. Imagine FaceBook being around in the days of Yeshua. Do we honestly believe He would be sharing what sins the world was diving into? Can you imagine Him sharing videos on demon possession? Can you imagine Him sharing vulgar images of the “popular” people of the day?

12 For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.

Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, Shalom.
